For 15 years, Southeast New England (SENE) Film, Music and Arts hosted one of the premier festivals in New England dedicated to giving life to independent cinema, music & art. In 2023, SENE is focusing on smaller film, music and art events.
For four years in a row, SENE (pronounced like scene) was selected as one of MovieMaker Magazine's Top 50 Film Festivals Worth the Entry Fee.
In 2022, SENE was also selected as one of 20 Great Film Festivals for First-Time Moviemakers by Moviemaker Magazine.
Southeast New England Film, Music and Arts is a non-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations to SENE are tax-deductible as allowed by law. All donations go directly to producing programs and events and supporting the work of filmmakers, musicians and artists.
