Inspired by the real-life stories of the children involved in Operation Pedro Pan, the mass exodus of over 14,000 unaccompanied minors from Cuba to America. Taking place in 1960’s Cuba, Castro has just come into power, and the country is beginning to change.

Arnaud, an introverted actor, earns a living as a publicist. In order to fulfill his artistic dreams, he records tales from around the world. His endeavor raises little enthusiasm until an anonymous young girl listens over and over the last tale published on his website. Weaving together the interconnected destinies of the two characters, the film provokes a meeting between two lonely human beings, uniting them though words.
